Being the Malted Barley Bar Manager is focusing on the front of the house and guest experience. Helping select our new beers is more work than you can imagine. Tasting and sampling day after day. Hey, it’s a tough job but it needs to get done!
As the Kitchen Manager, my role is to make sure we provide the most amazing food we can produce. All of our food is made from scratch every day. Including our pretzels, sauces, dips and soups. We bake our pretzels to order so they arrive at your table hot right from the over. I love Belgian Wits and Imperial Stouts, which I pair with a Meatball Pretzel Sandwich with Chipotle Aioli! We are constantly challenging ourselves and our recipes to always improve.
I genuinely look forward to coming into work every day. Our craft-beer, food and spirits are ever-changing and the awesome continuing education I get each day makes it exciting.
As the General Manager my goal is to not only to provide a great place and experience for our guests and staff , but a place people look forward to coming back to again and again!
